Congratulations! We would be happy to help you maintain your Bikram Yoga practice throughout your pregnancy. Though if you are new to Bikram Yoga we unfortunately do not allow you to practice until after you’ve given birth.

If you are one of our regular students you need to follow the below requirements in order to keep you and your baby healthy throughout your pregnancy.

  • You must alert Bikram Yoga Copenhagen when you become aware of your pregnancy
  • You must have had a regular practice at Bikram Yoga Copenhagen 6 months prior to your pregnancy
  • You must consult your medical professional upon continuing your practice while pregnant
  • You must follow along with the pregnancy series

We look forward to being part of this journey with you, and encourage you to take these months to enjoy your new body and practice. You are now practicing for two so listen to your body and always feel free to ask questions.
